Terms of service
These terms cover the Tender Alerts website and the morning tender emails. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who runs this service
The service is operated by Brisim (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/595218/07), of [Registered address].
Questions: [Contact email].
The service
We email government tender notices that match the alert settings you save, and we show those notices when you log in. The information comes from the National Treasury eTenders publication. It can be incomplete or late. Check the official notice before you spend money on a bid.
Closing times in the app are shown in South African time.
Accounts and the free trial
You must give a real name, company, and email address, and you must confirm that email. New companies receive a 14-day free trial, counted from the day the company is created. People you invite share that same trial. They do not get a new one.
When the trial ends, morning emails stop. You can still log in and read tenders that are already in the app. Paid plans are not available yet. We will say so on the site before anyone is asked to pay.
Prices
The listed monthly prices are Starter R99 for 1 user, Pro R199 for 1 user, and Team R449 for 5 users. When billing launches, the first 2 months are 50% off those prices. Nothing is charged during the free trial, and nothing is charged until a paid plan is switched on.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password private. Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, or to scrape the site in a way that knocks it over. You are responsible for the people you invite onto a team account.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from the settings page. Deleting it removes your login. An owner should download anything they still need first. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service.
Liability
The service is a reading aid. We do not guarantee that every tender is listed, that every field is filled in, or that a notice is still open. We are not a party to any bid you submit. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for a missed tender, a late email, or a decision you take from a notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
